肝安汤治疗代谢综合征合并非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Gang An Decoction for Treating Metabolic Syndrome Complicated with Non-Alcoholic steatohepatitis

目的:评价肝安汤对代谢综合征合并非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效。方法:102例符合代谢综合征合并非酒精性脂肪性肝炎诊断标准的患者随机分为2组,肝安汤组用肝安汤治疗,对照组用益肝灵、二甲双胍治疗,每组连用3个月。在治疗前和疗程结束后分别检测体质指数(BMI)、腰围/臀围比(WHR)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂、肝功能、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和肝脏超声积分。结果:经3个月治疗后,2组病人的BMI、WHR、CRP、FBG、FINS、IRI、血脂、肝功能和超声积分均有不同程度的改善,但肝安汤组明显优于对照组,治疗组的总有效率为(80.4%)高于对照组(60.8%),差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肝安汤对代谢综合征合并非酒精性脂肪性肝炎有良好疗效,能减轻体重、降低血糖、血脂、C-反应蛋白和胰岛素抵抗指数,显著改善肝功能。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Gang An decoction in the treatment of metabolic syndrome Complicated with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis Methods：102 patients with metabolic syndrome Complicated with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were divided into two groups：Gang An decoction group treated with Gang An decoction,a mixture composed of more than ten Chinese traditional medicine, control group treated with Yi-Gan-Ling and Metformin,each for three months.Before and the end of treatment,blood samples were collected for detection of, sugar, insulin,lipids,liver function, and c-reactive protein （CRP）and the body weight index （BMI） and waist to hipratio（WHR） were assessed. Result： After three month treatment, BMI,WHR,CRP, Fasting blood sugar （FBG）,Fasting blood insulin（FINS）,insulin resistance index（IRI）,blood lipids,liver function,and the score of type B ultrasoundnography in liver were all improved in both groups with GangAn decoction group much better than control group,the total effective rate was 80.4% Vs 60.8 %（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Gang An decoction has good therapeutic efficacy for metabolic syndrome Complicated with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis as shown by the improvement in BMI,WHR,CRP, IRI,Iipids and liver function.
