四肢多发开放骨折患者的临床护理

Clinical Care in Patients with Multiple open Fractures of Limbs

目的:降低多发性开放性骨折伤残率和死亡率,预防并发症发生。方法:总结2004年8月至2007年1月共收治四肢多发开放骨折病人71例,按术前护理、术后护理、常见并发症的护理进行护理干预。结果:治愈50例,好转20例,死亡1例。结论:整体护理干预能提高现代创伤救治成功率,降低并发症。

Objective： To reduce the rates of disability and mortality prevention of complications in patients with multiple open fractures. Methods： with multiple open fractures of limbs, 71 cases with multiple open fractures were treated from August 2004 to January 2007, nursing intervention according to preoperative care, postoperative care, a common complication. Results： 50 cases cured, 20 cases improved and 1 died. Conclusion： The overall care interventions can improve the success rate of modem trauma treatment to reduce complications.
