摘要
目的:探讨胃癌根治术后并发症的护理对策。方法:收集2002年8月～2008年8月胃癌80例行胃癌根治术后并发症的护理。结果:并发症发生率为7例(8.8%)。分析并发症发生原因行整体护理干预。结论:充分做好术前准备及护理,积极治疗控制并发症,取得较好的效果。
Objective： To investigate the nursing measures of postoperative complications in patients with gastric cancer. Methods： 80 cases with gastric cancer after a routine complication of gastric cancer care after a routine care of complication in gastric cancer from August 2002-2008 year. Result：Complication rate were seven cases （8.8%）,analysis of the causes of complications do overall nursing intervention line. Conclusions： Fully prepared to do a good job and preoperative care, active treatment control complications, achieved good results.
