摘要
目的:探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的护理干预。方法:收集2006年8月～2008年8月住院的糖尿病患者50例行胰岛素泵安装前的护理、置泵后护理。结果:50例患者,在使用胰岛素泵后,均有效稳定血糖,8例择期手术患者1周后均转相关科室完成手术。结论:经过胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的护理干预、降低低血糖的发生率,减少住院天数及住院费用,使患者生活质量得到提高。
Objective To investigate Nursing intervention of insulin pump therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 50 cases with diabetes insulin pump prior to installation routine care, home care after the pump from August 2006-August 2008 hospitalized. Results： 50 patients, after the use of insulin pumps are a stabilizing effect on blood sugar, 8 cases of surgery in patients with 1 week after surgery to complete the relevant sections. Conclusion： After insulin pump therapy in type 2 diabetes care intervention to reduce the incidence of low blood sugar,reduce the number of days and in-patient hospital costs and improved quality of life.
