上海桃浦社区居民膳食营养状况调查分析

摘要 目的:了解社区居民膳食营养状况,为政府制定符合本社区的营养促进策略,有针对性地进行早期干预提供基础性数据。方法:用分层抽样方法随机抽取桃浦社区10个居委会,共100户、325位居民。采用称重法获取调味品量,记账法调查住户3天的食物消耗量情况。结果:每标准人日摄入能量2535.7kcal蛋白质89.6g,动物蛋白质占蛋白总摄取量的59.88%。动物脂肪占脂肪总摄入量的48.15%,视黄醇、维生素E、抗坏血酸、硫胺素摄入充足,核黄素摄入偏低:铁、锌摄入充足,而钙摄入仅达到AI的50.16%缺乏显著,钠摄入已超过AI的2.56倍。结论:桃浦社区居民总能量、蛋白质和脂肪摄入均偏高,其中动物性食物比重过高,钙缺乏严重,食盐摄入量偏高,营养过剩造成的肥胖是重要存在问题。 Objective: We want to know the dietary nutritional status of community residents and provided basic data and background information to the Putuo District government. Methods: Using stratified random sampling method 10 neighborhood communities Taopu 100 family 325 residents. Formulate a unified questionnaire survey were randomly selected to live in this community's residents over 3 years. Bookkeeping to take three days to investigate household food consumption, and record the situation of members of the family meal.Results: Days of each standard protein intake 2535.7kcal energy intake 89.6g, Accounted for the total animal protein intake of protein, 59.88%. Animal fat intake of total fat accounting for 48.15 %; vitamin, retinol, vitamin E, ascorbic acid, thiamine adequate intake, low intake of riboflavin; Mine material of iron and zinc intake of adequate calcium intake and reached only 50.16% of the lack of AI significantly, sodium intake of more than 2.56 times the AI. Malnutrition rate of 6.15%, 13.54% rate of overweight, obesity rate of 18.46%. Conclusions: Total energy, protein and fat intake are high; excessive intake of animal food; a serious lack of calcium; high salt intake. Obesity is a major problem.
