生物电阻抗法测量空勤人员人体成分及分析

摘要 目的:调查空勤人员和地方人员在人体成分上是否存在差异,分析其原因。方法:用人体成分分析仪分别检测空勤人员与地方人员的水分、蛋白质、脂肪和无机盐等成分,并记录日常进行体育锻炼的情况。结果:空勤人员及地方人员的肌肉质量、去脂体质量、蛋白质、水分、无机盐的含量分别为(57.8±4.32)kg、(60.9±4.51)kg、(16.4±1.15)kg、(41.5±3.16)kg、(3.26±0.19)kg及(51.9±5.53)kg、(54.8±5.78)kg、(13.8±1.64)kg、(38.0±4.52)kg、(2.98±0.31)kg,两组人员体成分含量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),运动时间分别为(56±3.76)min及(176±4.12)min,运动时间空勤人员大于地方人员(P<0.05)。结论:空勤人员蛋白质、水分和无机盐含量更丰富,肌肉和骨骼更发达,体育锻炼对健康十分重要。 Objective: To investigate the body compositon of aircrewmen and common people, then analyze the differences between the two groups. Method: Body composition was analyzed in 51 aircrewmen and 125 common people, and their physical exercise hours were recorded. Results: The muscle weight, lean body weight, protein content, fluid content, mineral content in aircrewmen group were(57.8±4.32)kg,(60.9±4.51 )kg,(16.4± 1.15)kg,(41.5±3.16)kg,(3.26±0.19)kg(51.9±5.53)kg,(54.8±5.78)kg,(13.8± 1.64)kg,(38.0±4.52)kg,(2.98±0.31) kg in common people group, and these indexes in aircrewmen group were significiantly higher than in common people group(P〈0.05).The physical exercise hours were (56±3.76)min and (176±4.12)min espectively, and the index in aircrewmen group was significiantly longer than in common people group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The muscles and bones of the aircrewmen were much stronger than common people's, and physical exercise can make valuable contributions to our health.
