我国民营企业家的素质现状及提高途径

On the Quality of China's Private Entrepreneurs and the Ways to Improve It

企业家素质内涵丰富,包括企业家诚信、创新能力、管理能力和个人品质及道德修养等方面。我国民营企业家的素质虽有提高,但仍存在企业家总体文化层次较低、诚信不够、社会责任感不强等问题。我国民营企业家的素质现状堪忧,大部分民营企业家的自身调整仍然无法适应环境的变化。因此,需通过解放民营企业家,树立正确的高素质导向,加强专业培训等途径再度提高我国民营企业家的素质。

The rich connotation of an entrepreneur＇ s quality includes honesty, innovation, management, and moral cultivation. Though the quality of China＇s private entrepreneurs has been greatly improved, such problems as low cultural level,lack of honesty and social responsibility still exist among them,making them unable to adjust themselves to the changing environment. Therefore,it is advisable that measures he taken to improve the quality of China＇s private entrepreneurs by liberating them, setting good example for them,and giving special training to them.
