摘要 采用氧化还原引发体系合成了丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸/二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵/酯四元共聚物。介绍了产品的室内合成方法,研究了不同合成条件下所制样品对钻井液性能的影响,对该共聚物作钻井液添加剂的相关性能进行了室内评价。结果表明,该共聚物具有较好的降滤失与抑制作用,且抗温、抗盐能力强,具有推广应用价值。 The quadripolymer including acrylamide, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid, diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and ester has been synthesized by a redox initation system in laboratory. The effect of developed quadripolymer on drilling-fluid performance under different synthesized conditions is also presented. The properties of the quadripolymer as a drilling-fluid additive are also experimentally evaluated. The result shows that this polymer is characterized by better fluid loss and inhibition, strong heat resistance and salt tolerance.
