摘要
国有企业的信访工作是企业与职工群众联系的桥梁与纽带,也是构建和谐企业的重要抓手。中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司围绕企业中心工作,坚持以人为本,积极探索信访工作在调解制度上、工作定位上和工作方法上的创新,组建"大信访"工作格局,进一步建立信访工作长效机制,促进了企业持续、有效、和谐地发展。
Petition in state - owned enterprise is the bridge and belt to connect enterprise and the employee and an important hand to construct harmonious enterprise. We, SINOPE Guangzhou Branch, persist in orientation to human around central work in enterprise, actively probe innovation of petition in terms of regulation of systems, work orientation and working method, which have promoted sustained, effective harmonious development for the enterprise.
