知识管理在近10年引起世界各国的广泛关注,中国企业在此过程中也进行过很多尝试。由于缺乏系统化的知识管理理论和实践,很多企业知识管理的效果不理想。从知识管理的概念、客观需要和目标、中国企业在知识管理中的现状以及知识管理的具体措施几个方面进行探索和思考。

The concept and method that taking knowledge as property, the enterprise＇ s competition capacity is elevated through management with knowledge have drawn wide attention in the world in recent 10 years. We have tried a lot in our enterprises. Lacking of systematic theory and practice of management with knowledge, the management with knowl- edge in many enterprises is not so effective as desired. We have probed and thought of in terms of concept, objective need and target of management with knowledge, status and concrete measures in management with knowledge in our enterprises.
