摘要
人工成本管理与企业核心竞争能力息息相关,加强人工成本管理既是企业提高市场竞争能力的内在需要,也是适应国家从管理工资总额向管理人工成本转变的外在要求。国有集团企业由于长期受计划经济的制约,重工资总额管理,轻人工成本整体调控,形成人工成本管理的被动局面。通过对国有集团企业现阶段人工成本管理中存在问题的分析,提出加强人工成本管理的对策和建议。
Management of labor cost relates closely to core competition power of the enterprise, strengthening management of labor cost is not only the internal need to increase competition power of the enterprise, but also the external requirement of adapting transition of management of gross payroll to management of labor cost for the state. Owing to the long term restriction of planed economy, management of gross payroll outweighed adjustment and control of labor cost in state - owned enterprise group, the passive conditions of management of labor cost was formed. We analyzed the existing problems in management of labor cost at the present stage in state - owned enterprise group, and presented policy and suggestion of strengthening management of labor cost.
