Adopting the National Intellectual Property Strategy and Vigorously Reforming the Mode of IP Talent Cultivation

知识产权人才的培养,是一项复杂的系统工程。研究表明,近年来全国部分高等院校对知识产权人才培养工作的重要性的认识进一步深入,其理念得到进一步提升。随着《国家知识产权战略纲要》的出台,加强知识产权人才培养的理论与实践更成为社会一大热点。知识产权人才作为一种复合型人才具有不同的层次性,针对区域知识产权人才的社会需求状况、培养模式应当进行必要的探索和研究。

The cultivation of intellectual property talent is a complex systematic project. The research result shows that intellectual property talent training work has got more attention in each college and the concept of it has been developed. With the introduction of the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy, how to strengthen intellectual property talent training theory and practice has become a hot topic. Intellectual property talents, as a kind＇ of multi-disciplinary talents, have different levels. Necessary investigation and research should be done regarding the status of social demands for intellectual property talents in specific regions as well as the training mode of such talents.
