摘要
广州地铁五号线杨箕站—五羊邨站区间穿越广州市东山区,周边建筑物密集,地面交通繁忙,而线路经过的五羊邨过街楼需进行桩基托换,如何保证在不影响地面交通的前提下,顺利进行桩基托换,成为设计的首要难题。通过对地面条件进行充分研究和分析,提出洞内托换的设计理念,并对洞内托换进行可行性和结构计算分析,得出采用的洞内托换方案是可行的。最后,对洞内托换在设计和施工过程中的关键工序和工程措施进行阐述。桩基托换工程的成功,满足了工期要求,保证了工程质量。
Yangji Station-Wuyangcun Station on No. 5 Line of Guangzhou Metro goes underneath through Dongshan District, where there are many buildings and heavy traffic. Due to the need of pile foundation underpinning of Guojielou building, how to guarantee zero influence on the traffics during underpinning construction becomes a topic of top priority. Based on the study and analysis of ground situation, the design theory of underpinning in tunnel is proposed. Calculation analysis of feasibility and structure of underpinning in tunnel, analysis of influence of negative friction generated by underpinning construction in tunnel on the pile foundations, and calculation analysis of force bearing of pile and beam underpinning model show that underpinning in tunnel is practical. Then, the author presents the key in the design and construction of underpinning in tunnel. The use of underpinning in tunnel guarantees the construction schedule and quality of the project.
