摘要
以上海地铁9号线二期2标段源深路中间风井盾构进出洞为例,介绍土压平衡盾构机在遇到超深埋、承压水层、冰冻法、小曲线半径、盾构沿曲线轨迹在风井内平移以及盾构近接重要建(构)筑物等技术难题时,通过方案优化,制定切实可行的对策:强化洞门止水、采用切线进洞和补偿法出洞、提前对近接建筑物加固等措施,安全顺利地完成盾构进出洞施工。
Taking the shield launching and arriving at Yuanshen Road intermediate ventilation shaft in No. 2 bid section of second phase of No. 9 Line of Shanghai Metro as an example, the author presents the technological problems including extra-deep cover, confined water, freezing method, curve with small radius, shield parallel moving along curve path in ventilation shaft and shield tunnelling near buildings. After scheme optimization, practical countermeasures including strengthening waterproofing at tunnel portal, adoption of launching along tangent and arriving with compensation and advance reinforcement of nearby building was put forward, which ensures the successful launching and arriving of the shield.
