摘要 以象山特长隧道3#斜井有轨运输混凝土输送施工技术为例,介绍敞口式溜槽沿长大、陡坡斜井向下输送混凝土的施工技术。此项技术的成功应用,极大地提高了有轨斜井混凝土的运输能力,打破了有轨斜井施工过程中,由于混凝土运输能力受限而制约仰拱、填充及二衬混凝土施工进度的瓶颈,有较好的推广使用意义和参考价值。 Taking the concrete transportation technology used in No. 3 inclined shaft of Xiangshan extra-long tunnel as an example, the authors present the concrete delievery technology by using open chute along the long and steep inclined shaft. The successful application of this technique greatly improved the transportation capacity of the inclined shaft installed with rail-bound transportation system. Furthermore, this technique solved the problem of limited concrete transportation capacity, which restricts the construction schedule of invert, filling and secondary concrete lining. The technology should be promoted or referred for other projects in the future.
