摘要
应用高效液相色谱法测定复方丹参片中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量。采用HypersilODSC18色谱柱,流动相(甲醇82∶水18),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长270 nm。测得丹参酮Ⅱ_A在0.46-2.8μg内线性良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为98.88%,RSD=0.517%。本法为该药的生产提供了一种可行、快捷、准确、稳定质量控制途径。
The content of Tanshinone Ⅱ _A in Compound Tanshen tablet was measured by HPLC. Chromatogram post Hyporsic ODSC18 ;methyl alcohol -water （82：18） as flow phone;flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1 ;Measure the wavelength 270 nm. Dehydrate create ester linear range in 0.46 -2. 8μg,r =0.9996. The average rate of recovery is 98. 88% ,RSD =0. 517% . This method can be used in the quality control of this medicine production . It is simple, convenient and reliable.
