荔城文化公园的规划设计遵循因地制宜、随形就景、适当改造的原则,在突出公园主题的前提下,运用传统式造园手法,将景观建设与生态园林结合起来,从而营造一个崭新的主题公园。

The planning and designing of Li Cheng Cultural Park should be complied with the principle that suits measures to local conditions,in harmory with the topographical features and overall landscapes and proper changes.
