摘要
通过酸洗和加入添加剂的方法调整生物质与煤中碱土金属的含量,通过快速智能定硫仪测定不同含量的碱土金属对硫析出的影响后,利用热重分析仪(TG)及色谱质谱联用仪(GC/MS)研究了煤与生物质混合燃烧过程中碱土金属对硫迁移的影响规律。研究结果表明:典型碱土金属Ca和Mg对煤与生物质混合燃烧速率以及SO2的析出特性都有不同程度的影响,其中Ca在整个燃烧过程中表现出很强的固硫作用,而Mg的固硫作用主要表现在低温阶段。
Adjust the content of sulfur and alkaline-earth minerals in the sample by using addi- tion agent and acid washing. After testing effect of different quantity alkaline-earth minerals on sulfur emission, an experiment is conducted to study the regulation of sulfur remove under the ef- fect of alkaline-earth minerals during combustion of coal and biomass by combined DTG and GCMS. Results indicate: Ca and Mg can restrain the function on reaction speed of combust of coal and biomass and the emission of SO2. Ca puts up the function of so strong constrict emission of SO2 in the whole combution course, but the function of Mg manifests in the low temperature phase.
