Discussion on sintering technology for increasing concentrates ratio in Chongqing Steel

实验结果表明，随着精粉率提高，技术经济指标除烧结利用系数总体下降外。其他各项指标得到改善；技术评价表明，精粉率50％较优。精粉率40％次之。烧结生产精粉率最高达到45％。通过降低燃料配比、加强水分控制、改变烧结熔剂结构、保持返矿基本平衡，烧结主要技术经济指标得到改善。

As the result of experiment showed： the higher the rate of iron concentrate was, the better the economic and technical index was, but the productivity of sintering reduced. Technical appraisal showed： the rate of iron concentrate is 50%（quite good）, 40%（goed）. The rate of sintering iron concentrate reached 45%, Through reducing the ratio of fuel, strong control of water, changing the structure of staflux, keeping balance of returning fines, the economic and technical index increased.
