提高重钢四高炉利用系数技术措施的探索

摘要 重钢四高炉通过采取精料、提高风温、富氧喷煤和提高顶压等技术措施以改善高炉冶炼条件。并维护好高炉合理的操作炉型,加强炉前渣铁排放,降低休慢风率。控制好高炉适宜的冶炼强度,达到了提高利用系数的目的。 In order to improve the condition of furnace smelting, 4# furnace of CISC adopted some measures, such as increasing temperature, oxygen-coal injection and improving the tip layering technology. As well as the furnace was maintained well, emission technology of the furnace slag was improved, downtime and slow wind percentage were reduced and the smelting strength was in good control, so that the productivity increased.
