摘要
采用AFLP技术,利用从30对引物中筛选出的10对多态性较好的引物,对21个枣品种(系)的基因组DNA进行了分析,共扩增出条带531条,其中多态性条带216条,多态性位点百分比为40.68%。采用UPGMA法,对AFLP扩增结果进行了聚类分析,将供试品种(系)分为6类,并得到了18个品种(系)的特征性AFLP标记,可为分子水平进行枣种质鉴定提供参考。
The genomic DNA of 21 cuhivars and strains of Chinese jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill. ) were analyzed by using AFLP technique. 10 primer pairs with best polymorphism selected from 30 primer pairs generated 531 bands in total, in which 216 bands were polymorphie, the average percentage of polymorphic band was 40.68%. The 21 cultivars and strains could be divided into 6 groups according to cluster analysis by UPGMA. At the same time, the characteristic AFLP markers of 18 cultivars and strains were obtained. These results could be used to identify Chinese jujube germplasm at molecule level.
