咸宁市城区儿童蛲虫感染情况调查

Investigation on Pinworm Infection in Urban Children of Xianning City

目的了解咸宁市城区儿童蛲虫感染情况,为蛲虫病的防治提供依据。方法随机抽查2~7岁儿童925人,采用肛门拭子法检测蛲虫感染情况。结果蛲虫总感染率为5.84%,其中男性为6.84%,女性为4.51%,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;秋季感染率为7.41%,冬季感染率为4.62%,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;私立幼儿园儿童蛲虫的感染率较公立幼儿园高（P〉0.01）;且随年龄增加蛲虫感染率有上升趋势（P〈0.05）。结论咸宁市城区儿童蛲虫感染率较低,蛲虫感染与环境、年龄等因素关系密切。

Objective To investigate the pinworm infection status of in urban children of Xianning city,and provide theoretical evidence for the prevention and treatment. Methods Cellophane tape method was adopted. Results Altggether 925 children from 2 to 7-year-old were randomly inspected, and the total infection rate of pinworm was 5.84 percent,6.84 percent for boys and 4.51 percent for girls,and there was no significant differ- ence between the two groups. The pinworm infection rate was 7.14 percent in fall and 4.62 percent in winter, and there was also no marked different between the two seasons. In addition, the survey also found that the pin- worm infection rate in private kindergartens was higher than that in public kindergartens, and it showed an upward tendency with age. Conclusion The infection rate of pinworm is low in urban children of Xianning city, and it is closely related to circumstance and age.
