Influential Factors on Medical Expense of Patients in New Rural Cooperation Medical System

目的通过对新农合患者医疗费用影响因素的分析,探讨降低新农合患者住院费用的有效途径。方法抽取不同级别医疗机构新农合患者住院病历501份,对其平均住院日、人均住院费用、药品、手术费用进行对比分析。结果影响新农合患者住院费用的主要因素有:就诊医疗机构的级别、住院天数、药品费用和手术费用。结论通过合理的引导患者就医、提高工作效率、合理用药、合理治疗等措施控制新农合患者住院费用的增长。

Objective To find out the effective way to reduce the in hospital medical expenses of the patients in New Rural Cooperation Medical System through the influential factors analysis. Methods Medical records of 501 in patients of the Rural Cooperation Medical System from different levels of medical institutions were randomly sampled. Average hospitalization days,per capita hospitalization costs,medicine and surgery costs were analyzed. Results Factors including the levels of the hospital, number of hospitalization days, medicine costs and surgery costs,affect the in hospital medical expenses. Conclusion Through rational guidance, rational use of drugs and medical treatments, and improving the work efficiency,the increase of in-hospital medical expenses of patients in New Rural Cooperation Medical System can be controlled.
