Function of Monocracy in Building a Harmonious Socialist Society

安定有序的社会主义和谐社会是在法律的基础上建立起来的;和谐社会必须以人为本,人权是法治要体现的内涵之一;法制是维护公平正义的保障;法治是构建社会主义和谐社会的目的。

A stable and orderly harmonious socialist society is established on the basis of rule of law. A harmonious society must be humanistic. Human right is one of the embodiments of monocracy, which insures fairness and justice and is the final end of building a Harmonious Socialist Society.
