摘要
本文从"以就业为导向"角度出发,指出了当前高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估指标体系等方面存在的不足和问题,提出评估标准的设置应从注重过程评估转向以办学效果评估为主;评估专家的组成应充分吸收社会用人单位参加,建立评估结果定期公布制度和评估与投资、建设等相结合的高教发展机制等。
In terms of employment-oriented education, this paper discusses some weaknesses and problems in quality evaluation index system for training work in Higher Vocational and Specialized Colleges. This paper also lists some recommendations for changing the evaluation standards from process evaluation to educational effects evaluation, with employers as experts, establishing the system of regular publication of evaluation results and the higher educational development system by combining evaluation, investment and construction.
