高校科研经费管理中存在的问题及对策

Countermeasures against the Problems in the Management of Research Fund in Universities

高校是我国开展科学研究的一支重要力量。近几年来,随着高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,高校承担的科研项目和筹集的科研经费均呈现大幅增长的趋势,科研经费管理已成为学校财务管理的重要组成部分。针对目前科研经费管理中存在的报销制度不健全、成本难以核算、资产流失现象严重等问题,文章提出了相应的对策。

Universities are an important power of scientific research in our country. With the vigorous developmerlt of higher leaming in the recent yearn, there has been a great increase both in the number of research projects and its related fund, the management of which has become an important part af financial management. The paper proposed some against the problem such as imperfect refunding system, difficulties in counting, serious loss of assets, etc.
