Clinical Nursing of Hand Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome

目的探讨手部骨筋膜室综合征的临床表现及相关护理措施。方法对58例病例进行早期观察及对发生骨筋膜室综合征切开减张术后临床护理,并作出相关心理辅导及功能锻炼,观察康复效果。结果护士对病情作出正确观察及护理方案,无发生肢体坏死,后期功能恢复理想。结论手部骨筋膜室综合征病情发展迅速严重,正确的诊疗方法和临床护理能够避免病情进一步发展,掌握切开减张的指征是关键。

Objective To discuss the clinical manifestation and nursing strategy of hand osteofascial compartment syndrome. Methods The early detections and post-operative nursing were done in the cases 58 cases of osteofascial compartment syndrome. The psychological guidance and functional training was performed in all cases, and the clinical curative effect was evaluated. Results According clinical manifestation, the nursing strategy was performed in time. The treatment result and later functional rehabilitation were accepted. Conclusion Hand osteofascial compartment syndrome is an acute severe injury, effective strategy of diagnose and nursing can avoid deterioration. Once osteofascial compartment syndrome was generated, then it is necessary to relief in time.
