摘要 心肌细胞肥大是许多心血管疾病常见的细胞形态学改变,其表型特征由其核内基因表达模式决定。β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)是细胞连接处钙粘蛋白-连环蛋白(Cadherin/Catenin)复合体的胞内组成部分之一,对维持细胞连接和细胞的正常结构起重要作用。β-连环蛋白也是Wnt信号通路中重要的信号分子,参与细胞的生长、分化、死亡和肿瘤发生等。本文主要阐述了Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路在心肌肥大信号转导中的作用及最新研究进展。 Myocardial hypertrophy often is resulted from many cardiovascular diseases, whose distinct cellular morphologic phenotype is determined by its expression pattern of gene in nuclei.β-catenin, an intracellular element of Cadherin/Catenin complex in cell junction, plays a key role in maintaining cell junction and normal structure. β-eatenin is also an important element of Wnt signalling pathway and involved in regulating cell growth, differentiation, death and tumorigenesis. In present papers, we review mainly the roles of Wnt/β-catenin signalling pathway in myocardial hypertrophy.
