摘要 心脏发育过程中,圆锥动脉干的发育受多基因调控,有继发生心区和神经嵴等多个结构的参与;这些结构的发育异常可导致圆锥动脉干的畸形,而发生各种复杂先天性心脏病,现就继发生心区及神经嵴圆锥动脉干发育过程中的作用及相关畸形进行综述如。 Conus arteriosus is a very important structure in the heart development. Many genes and related structures such as, secondary heart field and neural crest, regulated Conus arteriosus' development. Any disorders of these structures during the heart development can lead congenital heart defects.
