摘要
及时、稳定解决灾区的就业问题是灾后重建的关键所在。5.12大地震打破了四川省和灾区的劳动力市场的供需平衡和结构,而近期的灾后重建大量就业机会又不一定切合灾民自身特征和就业意愿的实际。因此,按照开放和开发劳动力市场的原则,实行短期内就业援助和长期产业发展带动就业需求相结合的就业策略,有助于解决灾区劳动力的可持续就业问题。
The key to the post-disaster reconstruction lies in solution of the employment in the affected areas timely and stably. 5 ？ 12 Earthquake breaks the supply-demand balance and structure of the labor market in Sichuan and disaster areas. And the recent large number of job opportunities in Post-disaster reconstruction does not necessarily meet the victims＇ own characteristics and wishes of the job. So, with the principles of Opening up and exploiting the labor market, two employment strategies can help address the workforce in disaster areas for sustainable employment ： short-term employment assistance, and long-term industry-led job opportunities.
