摘要
对源白3个种源地的28个云南松半同胞家系进行了苗期早期选择研究。结果表明:不同的云南松家系其种子的出苗率、容器苗的抗猝倒病能力以及苗木的高、地径生长量等指标在家系间差异显著。综合考虑其苗木的各个生长指标,初步筛选出石屏Ⅳ22号、石屏Ⅳ25号、石屏Ⅳ21号、石屏Ⅳ13号、石屏Ⅳ30号、石屏Ⅳ31号、石屏Ⅳ18号、禄丰Ⅱ10号、禄丰Ⅱ18号、弥渡042号、弥渡057号、弥渡035号、弥渡061号等13个云南松优良家系。人选的云南松优良家系种子平均出苗率在89%以上,变异系数6.86%,标准差为6.12;患猝倒病比例低于8%;苗木高生长的实际增益为21.08%-46.37%,遗传增益为17.62%-42.53%;苗木地径生长的实际增益为13.53%-27.19%,遗传增益为11.25%-22.6%。较优云南松家系与较差云南松家系比较,其苗高可增长68.71%-88.38%,苗木地径可增长24.63%-43.34%。
Using 28 families from 3 provenances as materials, selection of half-sib families of P. yunnanensis in seedling stage were conducted. The experimental results showed that there were significant differences among families on emergence rate, resistance to damping off, growth of height and diameter. On the basis of integrating all the indexes, 13 superior families were selected out, namely Shipinglongpeng IV22, Shiping IV25, Shiping IV21, Shiping IV13, Shiping IV30, Shiping IV31, Shiping IV18, Lufeng II10, Lufeng II18, Midu 042, Midu 057, Midu 035 and Midu 061. The average emergence rate of selected superior families was above 89 %, with the variation coefficient of 6. 86 % and standard deviation of 6. 12. The infection rate to damping off was lower than 8 %. The actual gain and genetic gain of height growth were 21.08 % - 46. 37 % and 17.62 % - 42. 53 % respectively. The actual gain and genetic gain of diameter growth were 13.53 % - 27.19 % and 11.25 % - 22. 60 % respectively. The experimental results also showed that the height and diameter these 13 superior families were 68.71% - 88.38 % and 24. 63 % - 43.34 % than other tested families.
