摘要
研究了城市可持续发展系统及组成要素，分析了建立城市可持续发展指标体系的可行性和必要性，并以武汉市为例确立了城市可持续发展的评价方法及所要达到的目标．
This paper studies urban sustainable development system and its components, analyses the feasibility and the essentiality of setting up an urban sustainable development index system. Taking Wuhan as an example, it establishes urban sustainable development evaluation method and its aim.
