摘要
简要阐述了房地产开发投资ＤＳＳ软件设计的总体思想和主要功能，对其主要技术问题进行了探讨，并提出了一种新的模型生成方法和动态菜单技术。
Based on the feature of real estate development, the design idea and main function for investment analysis DSS software of real estate development are introduced.The main techniques of the software are studied.A method is proposed to generate a model and dynamic menu.
