鼻窦黏液囊肿39例临床分析

MUCOCELE IN NASAL SINUS:AN ANALYSIS OF 39 CASES

目的总结鼻窦黏液囊肿的诊断和治疗经验,以降低其漏诊、误诊的发生率。方法对我科2002年1月-2008年1月收治的39例鼻窦黏液囊肿病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果39例鼻窦黏液囊肿病人主要表现为头痛、面部隆起、眼球移位、流泪等非鼻部症状。其中35例行单纯鼻内镜手术,4例行鼻内外联合入路手术。术后随访6个月-2年,36例（92.3%）症状缓解或消失,3例（7.7%）症状无改善。结论鼻窦黏液囊肿鼻部症状不明显,应根据病变特点选择合适的手术方法,早期诊断、早期治疗对预防严重的并发症发生十分重要。

Objective To overview the experierice of diagnosis and therapy of nasal sinus mucoceles and reduce the rates of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was done in 39 patients with nasal sinus mucoceles ad mitted from January 2002 to January 2008. Results The main clinical manifestations of 39 patients with the disease were that of non-nasal symptoms such as headache, swelling of face, displacement of eyeball, dacryorrhea and so on. Of whom, 35 were treated by simple endoscopic, and four underwent combined nasal intra-extra approach surgery. All the patients were followed up from six months to years postoperatively. The symptoms improved or relieved in 36 cases, three did not improved. Conclusion Nasal symptoms are not predominant in nasal sinus mucoceles. A suitable operation should be chosen according to the features of the disease. Early diagnosis and early treatment are extremely important to prevent severe complications.
