摘要
《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要(2008-2020)》将发展现代服务业作为构建珠三角现代产业体系的优先点。经过改革开放30年的探索和积累,珠三角各界已充分认识到,现代服务业发展的重点是生产服务业。珠三角的生产服务业近年来取得了突飞猛进的发展,但与世界发达国家和地区相比还存在一定差距。发展生产服务业不仅要有先行先试的决心和魄力,还要努力探寻发展的新思路、新模式。
In the document of Reformation and Development Programming Outline of Pearl River Delta （2008- 2020）, the development of the modem service industry enjoyed the priority in the construction of Pearl River Delta modem industrial system. After 30-year＇ s exploration and accumulation in reform and opening, all walks of life in Pearl River Delta have fully realized that the key development field of modem service industry lies in producer service industry. The producer service industry of Pearl River Delta has advanced rapidly, but there is still a gap between the Delta and the developed countries and areas in the world. The development of producer service industry requires not only the resolution and vitality to try first, but also demands efforts to seek for new ideas and new modes for the development.
