师范类大学生自我和谐与专业满意感的关系

On the Relationship Between Self Consistency and Specialty Satisfaction of Normal University Students

摘要 为探讨师范类大学生自我和谐与专业满意感的状况及其关系,采用自编大学生专业满意感问卷和王登峰编制的自我和谐量表,对423名师范类大学生进行调查。结果发现:师范类大学生总体自我和谐状况适中,总体专业满意感中等偏上;年级是一个重要的人口学变量;自我不和谐、自我与经验的不和谐、自我的灵活性与专业满意感均存在显著的相关关系;高自我和谐组的专业满意感显著高于中低自我和谐组。 To explore the relation between self consistency and specialty satisfaction of normal university students, 423 normal university students are investigated with USSQ (Undergraduate Specialty Satisfaction Questionnaire) and SCCS( Self Consistency and Congruence Scale). The results are as follows: The whole situ- ation of self consistency and specialty satisfaction are quite well. Grade is an important variability. Significant correlations are observed between self inconsistency, self-experience inconsistency, self agility with specialty satisfaction. The higher self consistency, the higher specialty satisfaction.
