摘要
桥梁施工采用移动模架造桥机,其核心技术是液压顶落、横向开合和纵向过孔,这3个环节是施工技术的难点,也是安全生产的关键。由中铁十二局集团施工的武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥(正桥II标段),在铁路客运专线建设中首次采用了下行式移动模架法制40 m铁路简支箱梁的关键技术。施工中通过进行科技攻关,对落架脱模时间,支撑托架纵移过孔检查、监控,模架线形控制等取得了成功经验。
When the movable scaffolding systems are applied to bridge construction, the core techniques include hydraulic pressure support and drop ,opening and closing transversely as well as passing hole lengthways, which are the difficulty of con- struction, also the key of safety. During the construction of Wuhan tianxingzhou road/rail bridge in the charge of Twelfth Bureau Group of Chinese Railway Construction General Corporation, the key technique of using Under - Deck movable mould to make 40 m-long railway simply supporting beam in the construction of passenger dedicated line was introduced for the first time. A lot of successful experiences were obtained in terms of stripping time, inspection and supervision on passing hole lengthways of brace and linear control of frame, etc.
