摘要
随着企业外部经营环境越来越复杂多变,现代企业面临的战略风险日益增加,如何有效防范和化解战略性风险成为现代企业面临的急迫问题。文章从资源柔性战略、风险文化建设、竞争情报管理和合作创新模式等4个方面提出了防范企业战略风险的思路与措施,对于强化企业战略风险防范意识,提升企业应对战略风险的能力具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
Along with the complexity and variety of the business external environment of enterprises, the strategic risk that modern enterprises facing increase. How to effectively prevent and solve the strategic risk has become an emergency problem. This article promotes the idea and measures to prevent the strategic risks in enterprises from four aspects, including resource flexible strategy, construction of risk culture, the management of the competition information and the innovation pattern of corporation. It could provide guidance and reference for the enterprises to strengthen the consciousness of strategic risk prevention and enhance the enterprises＇ capability to deal with strategic risk.
