摘要
人力资源在企业生产经营活动中处于极其重要的地位,人力资源管理系统是企业信息化的重要方面,它的应用将大大提高人力资源部门的工作效率,提升企业信息化应用水平,也有助于提升企业的核心竞争力。该文描述了企业人力资源管理系统的主要功能及设计方法。
Human resource has an extremely important position in production ＆ operation activities of enterprises, and its management system is the important aspect of enterprises＇ informatization. The system application will greatly improve work efficiency of human resource department, raise application level of enterprises＇ irrforrnatization and enhance core competitiveness. This paper de- scribes main function and design method of human resource management system construction in enterprises.
