摘要
为满足长江水利委员会陆水培训中心电话通信的需求,建成C ENTREX业务系统,实现了培训中心内部4位号码与房间号的对应,话务台计费管理、用户管理操作、话务转接等简单方便。
Centrex system, established to meet the demand of communication in Lushui training center of CWRC, implemented the rule that room number is the very telephone number by 4 digits. The system is conveniently operated and easily tranformed and charged.
