Material Management System in Subway Construction

本文主要研究在地铁工程建设中,将计算机信息系统运用于材料管理,从而使甲乙双方快捷有序地管理甲供和甲控材料。首先讨论运用甲供管理和甲控管理的方法进行地铁工程材料管理,并且分析了当前材料管理存在的问题;然后提出运用高效、便捷的材料管理系统来进行材料管理。以某市地铁工程为例,通过对甲方的实际需求调研分析,提出甲供和甲控管理相结合的材料管理系统的设计方案,并将其进行开发投入测试,获得良好效益。

This paper focuses on how to use the computer information systems in material management, so that part-A and part-B can both effectively and conveniently manage the materials which are supplied or controlled by proprietors. The paper firstly discussed the application of the management of materials supplied by proprie- tors and owner-control management to the material management of subway construction, and analysed the prob- lems exist in the material management. Then the effective and convenient material management system was put forward. Based on the practice of some city＇ s subway project, through studying and analyzing on the real needs of part A, the design plan about material management system is put forward which unites the manage- ment of materials supplied by proprietors and owner-control management. And it is developed and tested, the results show that the system works well.
