妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒误诊分析

Misdiagnosis analysis on ketosis acidosis with diabetes during gestation

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒早期误诊原因。方法对我院收治的9例妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果误诊为妊娠合并心肌炎心力衰竭1例,妊娠合并急性胰腺炎2例,重度子痫前期2例,病毒性脑炎1例,阑尾炎1例,肾结石1例,产后出血1例。结论应加强对妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒的学习,提高对本病的认识,有利于临床的早期诊断、早期治疗。

Objective To analyze the causes of Ketosis Acidosis with diabetes during gestation to improve the knowl- edge, early diagnosis, early treatment on such disease. Methods Retrospective study was done on clinical data of 9 cases of ketosis acidosis with diabetes during gestation in-patient from January 1999 to January 2008. Results 9 misdiagnosed-cases included 1 case of pregnancy combined with heart failure led by myocarditis, 2 cases of pregnancy combined with acute pancreatitis, 2 cases of Severe preeclampsia, 1 case of viral encephalitis, 1 case of nephrolith, 1 case of post-partum bleeding. Conclusion It＇s concluded that strengthend aknowlege on ketosis acidosis with diabetes during gestation can improve the early diagnosis and treatment.
