摘要
本文探讨了多元文化教育的实质及其目标,对民族地区多元文化教育在民族教育发展中的地位进行了分析,指出了我国当前多元文化教育理论与实践中存在的诸多误区,并对多元文化教育下民族地区教师的文化品性及其培育等问题进行了阐述。
This paper discusses the essence and objectives of multi-cultural education, analyzes the role of multi-cultural education of ethnic regions in the development of ethnic education, points out some mistakes in current theory and practice of multi-cultural education in China, and expounds cultural quality and training of teachers under multi-cultural education in ethnic regions.
