A Study on Mental Health of Middle School Teachers in the Reform of New Curriculum

摘要 采用SCL-90症状自评量表和自编辅助性问卷抽取了303名初中教师进行调查,探讨其在新课程改革中心理健康状况及其表现。统计结果发现:初中教师心理问题总检出率达17.82%;不同教师群体中,需重点关注本科学历、36~45岁、班主任教师的心理健康。新课改实施中,教师的心理健康状况不容乐观,须加以重视并进行有针对性的疏导。 A survey has been made through using SCL-90 Self-reporting Inventory and self-designed questionnaires and taking 303 middle school teachers as subjects to investigate their mental health in the reform of new curriculum. The results show that among the teachers, 17.8 % of them have mental problems. In different groups, attention should be given to mental health of teachers having undergraduate educational background, in the age group of 36 - 45 and those who are in charge of class. In the reform of new curriculum, teachers' mental health is not optimistic. So, much attention should be paid to it and psychological consulting should be conducted accordingly.
