试论锡伯族双语教育发展及其对策

On Development of Bilingual Education for the Xibe with Countermeasures

近年来,锡伯族学校的锡伯语文教学比较薄弱。一方面,在大环境下受语言"功利性"的影响;另一方面,也有师资水平、教材、教学方法、经费投入、教学管理等方面的原因。新疆锡伯族学校的基础教育一定要走锡、汉双语教育的道路,探索具有新疆特色的锡、汉双语教学的道路,不断提高其教学质量。

In recent years, education of the Xibe language for Xibe students in Xibe schools is lagging behind. On one hand, it is influenced by ＂utility of language＂ under the social environment, and on the other hand, it is affected by teacher＇s level, teaching materials, teaching method, investment of fund and administration of teaching. Elementary education in Xibe schools in Xinjiang must carry out Xibe-Chinese bilingual education, explore Xibe-Chinese bilingual teaching with characteristics and improve teaching quality.
