本文分析了“科技兴农”在农业增长方式转变中的地位和作用，指出转变农业增长方式必须加速农业科技的发展、应用和推广，必须加强农村职业技术教育，提高农民素质．
This paper demls with the status of “agricultural prometion by Science and technology”in transforming the pattern of agriculturalgrowth and indicates that in order to transform the pattern of agricultural growth it is necessary to develop,apply and agricultural science and technology,to streng then rural professional and technical eclucation and to improve the peasants'com prntence.
