摘要
研究并比较了含油污泥的微波萃取法、索氏抽提法和超声波萃取法。结果表明:微波萃取法节省时间和试剂,有利于萃取热不稳定的物质;索氏抽提法比较传统,萃取效果较好,但是费时费力;超声波萃取法允许添加共萃取剂,以进一步增大液相的极性,适合不耐热的目标成分的萃取且操作时间短。
In this paper, microwave extraction, soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction were studied. The results demonstrated that microwave extraction is rapid,saving reagent and suit to extract the instability compounds. Soxhlet extraction has a satisfactory result but it is thought to be time-consuming and laborious. Ultrasonic extraction can be added co-extraction agent for increasing the polarity of liquid-phase and can extract heat- labile ingredient and saves the time.
