企业对体育专业毕业生的能力需求与培养的矛盾分析

Contradiction analysis of the enterprises' capability requirements and ability cultivation status quo of physical education graduates

运用访问、问卷调查等研究方法对目前企业对体育专业毕业生能力需求情况进行调查与分析。结果表明:企业对体育专业毕业生综合能力需求和体育专业毕业生在校期间所能获得能力培养存在差异。造成存在差异主要原因是:课程设置不合理,缺乏实践机会。针对出现的问题,提出建议。

This paper carried out the investigation and analysis about the current enterprises＇ capability requirements of graduates of sports major by means of interview, questionnaire surveys and so on. The result showed that there was gap between the enterprises＇ requirements of the comprehensive ability and ability cultivation status quo of graduates of sports major. The main reasons for the existing gap were .the unreasonable curriculum and the lack of practice opportunities. According to these problems, this article put forwards suggestion.
