直径4.4mm PVC负压吸管在早早孕吸宫术的临床观察

Clinical observation on effect of PVC decompressed suction tube with a diameter of 4.4 mm on uterine aspiration of very early pregnancy

目的:观察一次性直径4.4mm PVC负压吸引管在人工流产术的使用效果。方法:采用随机对照方法,选择200例妊娠<42天、孕囊<20mm健康妇女,随机使用一次性直径4.4mm PVC负压吸引管或金属吸引管进行负压吸宫术,比较两种吸管的使用效果。结果:直径4.4mm PVC负压吸引管在疼痛、出血、人工流产综合征以及术后并发症的发生率方面均优于金属吸管,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用一次性直径4.4mm PVC负压吸引管进行早早孕手术,受术者痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少,操作简便安全,在观察的各项指标上都优于常规人流手术,是终止早早孕较理想的方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effectiveness of decompressed suction tube with a diameter of 4. 4 mm in uterine aspiration of very early pregnancy. Methods： A randomized clinical trial was performed. 200 heahhy women （pregnant weeks 〈 42 days, gestation sac diameter 〈 20 mm） were divided into decompressed suction tube group and metal suction tube group randomly. The effect of two kinds of tubes were compared. Results： The incidences of pain, bleeding, abortion syndrome and postoperative complications of decompressed suction tube group were lower than those of metal suction tube group （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： PVC decompressed suction tube with a diameter of 4. 4 mm has the virtues such as ： less pain and complications, fast recovery, safe and simplify, which is a appropriate method for terminating very early pregnancy.
