山茯方和运动对高脂饮食大鼠血脂及胰岛素的影响

摘要 目的:探讨山茯方和游泳运动对高脂饮食大鼠血脂及胰岛素(INS)的影响。方法:选用雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为对照组(Ⅰ组)、高脂组(Ⅱ组)、山茯方组(Ⅲ组)、运动组(Ⅳ组)、运动+山茯方组(Ⅴ组)5组。于实验结束,最后一次游泳后24h,取腹主动脉血,测定血脂和INS含量。结果:血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清中TC含量Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TG含量Ⅱ组与Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDL-C含量Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组4组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清中INS含量及胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),Ⅱ组与其余各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:山茯方能降低TC、TG水平,提高HDL-C水平,改善INS抵抗的作用。与90min游泳运动结合效果更加明显。 Objective: To determine the effects of compound recipe CHT combined with 90 minutes swimming exercise on blood lipids and insulin of high fat-fed rats. Methods: Fifty male SD rats were enrolled and divided randomly into 5 groups (each group with 10 rates) and practiced different experiments, the results were studied. Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were treated with normal diet, hyperlipid diet, hyperlipid diet with compound recipe CHT, hyperlipid diet with 90 minutes exercise, hyperlipid diet with compound recipe CHT and 90 minutes exercise respectively. After seven weeks of treatment and the last exercise of 24 hours, blood samples of the rats were taken through the abdominal aorta and the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and insulin were determined. Results: Compared with group Ⅱ , levels of serum TC of the rats in group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; levels of serum TG of the rats in group IV and V were reduced significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; levels of serum HDL-C of the rats had no significant difference ; levels of serum INS and ISI of the rats had significant differences between different groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The CHT can reduce levels of serum TC and TG, improve HDL-C level, and improve effect of insulin resistance, which may be better eombined with the 90 minutes swimming.
